Lunafest Policy - Your event must be held between October 1, 2008 and April 30, 2009. - 15% or $250 (whichever is greater) of the proceeds from your LUNAFEST must go to the Breast Cancer Fund. No other national breast cancer organizations are eligible to be recipients of your events proceeds. Because a critical component of LUNAFEST is raising funds for your organization, you are strongly encouraged to sell tickets to LUNAFEST. Admission to your event via suggested contribution or donation is not encouraged. - The films are the property of Clif Bar & Co. and MUST be returned within one week (5 business days) of your LUNAFEST screening. - You agree to send your show report, the films and a check or money order made payable to the Breast Cancer Fund to LUNAFEST no later than 1 week (5 business days) after your show. - You agree to inform LUNAFEST of any Public Relations or Media outreach for your event. LUNAFEST has final approval on all media press releases sent out for your event. - Your group or organization is responsible for all financial aspects of the LUNAFEST you host. Neither Clif Bar & Co. nor the LUNA brand provides any financial assistance or assumes any financial, legal, or other liability with respect to LUNAFEST. - To be eligible to sponsor a LUNAFEST event, you must provide proof of your status as a registered charity, 501(c)(3)non-profit organization, or a campus group officially sanctioned by your school. - You may hold no more than two LUNAFEST Film Festivals that are open to the public. No other private or public screening of the films is permitted. - You are responsible for periodically checking the LUNAFEST venue calendar for other LUNAFEST events that may be scheduled in your area and notifying LUNAFEST if there is a conflict. LUNAFEST does not screen locations or dates for date conflicts. - You must comply with the requirements for all printed materials, logo's and media package as included your event manual and online at Behind The Camera. - We have the right in our sole discretion to decide on any additional sponsors or promotional partners. - LUNAFEST films must be shown in the order that we require. - You may add one additional local film to the festival which can be shown AFTER the official LUNAFEST films. LUNAFEST must first screen and approve this film. - Nothing in this agreement should be interpreted to suggest an ongoing relationship between Clif Bar Inc., LUNAFEST, and you. Nor should anything in this agreement be interpreted to confer upon you the right to any Luna, LUNAFEST, or any of Clif Bar's other intellectual property for any reason. - Clif Bar Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion and without incurring any liability whatsoever, to cancel LUNAFEST at any time or to revoke your permission to be a LUNAFEST host.
